Hi, I'm Sebastian!

I'm a therapist in central Houston, though I can see clients anywhere in Texas. I have 3 specialities. First, I work very effectively with people struggling with anxiety or OCD related disorders. Secondly, I work with many young adults experiencing a wide variety of mental health difficulties and that need a combination of individual therapy and career/vocational support. My third specialty is working with families with adult children - I have significant experience helping families understand each other and communicating more effectively.
